Add a match to the current season so you can collect availability, build a lineup, and publish a recap.

Open the current season schedule

  1. Select your team, then select Matches.
  2. Confirm the current season is selected. Add match is unavailable while viewing a past season.
  3. Select Add match.

Set the match details

  1. Enter the Opponent name.
  2. Search for Match location and select the venue from Google Places. The location is required.
  3. Choose the Match type: 3 doubles; 2 singles, 3 doubles; or 1 singles, 3 doubles.
  4. Choose the first Start date and time. Use the plus button beside Start times if courts begin in more than one wave.
  5. Select Create match. CourtRoster opens the match detail page.

Helpful tip

For a new match, CourtRoster compares the selected venue with the team’s home club to set home or away automatically.

Before you continue

The venue must be selected from the Google Places list. Unselected text cannot be saved as a match location.

Review before contacting players

  1. Check the opponent, venue, format, and start times on the match Overview tab.
  2. If something is wrong, select Edit match before sending availability.
  3. When the match is ready, continue to the Availability tab.
